PELVIC PHYSICAL THERAPY
and MORE!
Midland, Texas
Our Approach
Pelvic pain and dysfunction can be frustrating, isolating, and difficult to talk about—for women, men, and children alike. Thankfully, Dr. Amanda and Dr. Skyler, Pelvic Physical Therapists at COM Aquatics, offer compassionate, expert care in quiet, private treatment rooms—helping you feel comfortable, supported, and on your way back to doing what you love.

We Are Here to Help
We assess the pelvic girdle muscles to see if they’re weak, tight, painful, or lacking coordination—factors that can impact your symptoms. We also look at how you breathe, your posture, and daily movement habits to get a full picture of what’s going on.
Pelvic physical therapy is personalized and may include relaxation or strengthening of the pelvic floor, core and breath coordination, manual therapy, posture training, toileting and hydration habits, and muscle retraining.
