COM Physical Therapy is now offering FREE Pelvic Physical Therapy services to Medicaid patients for in-person OR virtual visits. We know this service can be beneficial to every individual in our community and are excited to offer our services FREE of charge.
Our Why
At COM Physical Therapy we are called to give back to our community in helpful and meaningful ways. Through generous grant funding we have received, we are able to offer completely FREE services to those who are insured by Medicaid.
Next Steps
If you are currently insured by Medicaid and feel as though you would benefit from FREE Pelvic Physical Therapy, please have your provider fax a referral to 432-618-9953.
